A manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking an experienced finance professional to prepare financial reports, manage compliance with internal controls, and assist in budget preparation. Candidates must have 3-5 years of relevant experience, strong accounting principles knowledge, and advanced Excel skills.
Job Description:
• Prepare monthly financial and management reports and variance analysis
• Prepare and review General Ledger schedules
• Involve in preparation of annual audited financial statements and liaise with external auditors
• Prepare GST report for quarterly filing
• Involve in monthly rolling forecast and annual budget
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and the Company's policies
• Review staff claim and assist Finance HOD on day-to-day finance functions
• Any tasks that may be assigned by Finance HOD as & when required
