Job description
Senior Executive Assistant Manager (Employee Relations)

You will provide administrative support in the execution of all activities pertaining to employee relations to achieve a work environment that promotes committed and satisfied employees. The job scope is as follows:

Assist to coordinate disciplinary inquiries, record minutes of Inquiry proceedings and prepare Inquiry report for management decision.

Coordinate and administer awards. Timely circulation of awards criteria and collation staff of nominations for shortlisting and submission to award organisers. Keep tracks of all awards nominations submitted for results and timely announcement and publicity.

Administration of the Staff Engagement Fund.

Administration of the Staff welfare portal and review/maintain the online staff welfare portal to ensure relevance and accuracy.

Assist to track and monitor to ensure that HR policies are reviewed and updated timely.

Liaison between building management and HR to ensure HR Office is maintained in good condition. Work with HR colleagues to ensure proper housekeeping and maintain.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in any discipline, a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource or its equivalent
