What the role is:

The appointee will be part of the Finance team, who is responsible for a spectrum of accounting and administrative functions.

What you will be working on:
Responsibilities:
  • Assume operational role relating to Accounts Receivable and staff apartment rental which includes billings and collections
  • Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up promptly with internal stakeholders
  • Assist in the preparation of reports for management
  • Handle annual property tax filing and ensure timely submission and payment to the tax authority
  • Liaise with internal/external stakeholders on operational, reporting and audit related matters
  • Support financial year end closing activities
  • Carry out any other assigned duties or assignments efficiently and promptly
What we are looking for:
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in Finance related work
  • Relevant qualifications in Accountancy/Business or equivalent
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to influence and engage effectively with various stakeholders
  • Team player
  • Meticulous, ability to pay keen attention to details
  • Possess strong IT skills
  • Experience with Workday system will be advantageous
