Overview

You will lead the hospital’s events portfolio, shaping initiatives that connect people to purpose, strengthen organisational culture, and showcase the hospital’s identity and values. This role involves developing and executing staff engagement activities, creating internal communications content, and ensuring cohesive storytelling across channels. You will manage the end-to-end planning of hospital-wide events such as commemorations, partner engagements, staff appreciation, and milestone celebrations, while overseeing vendor coordination, budgeting, and logistics. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will translate engagement goals into meaningful experiences and continuously improve initiatives through feedback and evaluation.
