Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Care Transformation

You will be responsible for supporting the Care Transformation department to fulfil its objectives of leading, designing and deploying strategies and solutions to transform the care delivery systems.

Responsibilities
  • Develop guidelines / criteria and methodology to conduct investigation, research and data collection to support the definition and scope of needs / opportunities
  • Develop performance indicators to measure outcome of transformation strategies
  • Develop and lead the facilitation of solution design, prototyping and testing workshops
  • Plan, develop and conduct training / workshops to support the operationalization of solutions
  • Collaborate and influence stakeholders to work towards common goal
  • Draw up budget, perform cost rationalisation and cash flow projection for projects and team
  • Optimise budget / funding and plan for contingency
  • Any other duties assigned from time to time
Requirements
  • Degree in any relevant discipline
  • 2 years of relevant working experience in healthcare operations and project management
