Provide administrative and onsite support for the Functional Screening programme targeted at Singaporean/ SPR residents aged 60 and above.

Responsibilities

1. Support in the management of calls and scheduling of Functional Screening appointments

  • Call and interact with residents to encourage them to attend follow up appointments
  • Schedule appointments within stipulated timeline
  • Ensure appointment slots are well utilized and maximised

2. Support functional screening operations, preparation of onsite events and liaison with clinical teams/ partners

  • Assist in preparation of logistics and admin tasks for functional screening events within stipulated timeline
  • Support in site recce, pre and post event coordination with partners and vendors
  • Timely submission of reports and residents’ attendance for their follow up appointments to clinical teams

3. Managing and ensuring accuracy of database and event calendar

  • Timely updates for various FS database and residents’ details
  • Tracking of backlogs and utilisation of appointment slots
  • Ensure calendar of events and follow up appointments are updated

4. Support in events and outreach (on weekdays and selected weekends)

  • Promote functional screening by supporting in onsite events such as functional screening, health talks, and outreach events

5. Other Duties

  • Support in quality improvement of processes
  • Other ad-hoc duties

Requirements

  • Diploma in any discipline
  • Willing to work on weekends when required.
  • Pleasant and friendly disposition with a willingness to engage members of the public.
  • Experience in customer service or healthcare is an advantage.
  • Good team player with strong interpersonal skills who can work in a team and independently, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic competency in Microsoft Office Suite
