  • Keep track of expenditure (Opex and Capex) budget expenses.
  • Assist in travel arrangements for staff going overseas for official business.
  • Coordinate meetings/talks and prepare minutes.

Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world‑renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature‑based experiences, green public spaces and an eco‑friendly resort.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • General Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Purchase Order (POs), and carry out Goods Receipt (GR) processes in accordance with procurement procedures
  • Prepare and submit goods receipt and invoices.
  • Keeping track and managing of expenditure (Opex and Capex) budget expenses.
  • Keeping track of assets in the Parks.
  • Monthly roster preparation.
  • Keeping Track and Submission of night shift allowances for NS staff.
  • Keep track and record of staff annual leave etc.
  • Assist in travel arrangements for staff going overseas for official business.
  • Schedule, set up and coordinate meetings/talks such as Keepers' Talk
  • Minutes preparation and circulation.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum Diplomaholders
  • At least 1 year of working experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel), Outlook and Adobe Acrobat
  • Proficient in SAP system added advantages
