- Plan and coordinate internal company events including staff gatherings, corporate celebrations, award ceremonies, team-building activities, and CSR programs.
 
- Prepare event proposals, timelines, and action plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
 
- Coordinate logistics such as venue booking, catering, décor, audio-visual setup, and transportation.
 
- Source and liaise with external vendors and suppliers for event requirements.
 
- Negotiate quotations and ensure adherence to budget and procurement policies.
 
- Track and manage event expenses, ensuring cost control and transparency.
 
- Work closely with various departments to ensure smooth execution of events.
 
- Prepare and distribute event communications such as invitations, announcements, and briefing notes.
 
- Support management in event-related messaging, presentation materials, and post-event reports.
 
- Oversee setup, registration, and on-site coordination during events.
 
- Supervise event staff or volunteers to ensure seamless execution.
 
- Handle any last-minute changes or issues professionally.
 
- Conduct post-event evaluations and feedback sessions to assess event success.

Requirements:
