Job description
Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate internal company events including staff gatherings, corporate celebrations, award ceremonies, team-building activities, and CSR programs.
  • Prepare event proposals, timelines, and action plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Coordinate logistics such as venue booking, catering, décor, audio-visual setup, and transportation.
  • Source and liaise with external vendors and suppliers for event requirements.
  • Negotiate quotations and ensure adherence to budget and procurement policies.
  • Track and manage event expenses, ensuring cost control and transparency.
  • Work closely with various departments to ensure smooth execution of events.
  • Prepare and distribute event communications such as invitations, announcements, and briefing notes.
  • Support management in event-related messaging, presentation materials, and post-event reports.
  • Oversee setup, registration, and on-site coordination during events.
  • Supervise event staff or volunteers to ensure seamless execution.
  • Handle any last-minute changes or issues professionally.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and feedback sessions to assess event success.
  • Prepare event summaries and improvement recommendations for future activities.
  • Maintain records of event materials, photos, and reports for internal documentation
  • Any other duties assigned
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in event planning or corporate communications.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with design or event coordination tools is an advantage.
