Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance and servicing of escalators.
• Troubleshoots and rectifies escalator faults safely and effectively.
• Supports engineers in testing, commissioning, and modernisation works.
• Responds to breakdowns and restores service promptly.
• Ensures work quality and safety standards are met at all times.
• Provides guidance and on-site support to junior technicians.
• Reports defects and improvement areas for follow-up actions.
