Job summary

Responsibilities
  • Day to Day monitoring and ownership to timely address in-line SPC/defect/Equipment abnormality and lot handling
  • Maintain Equipment capability for production and meet production demand
  • Engage with Production line and Process Engineers to balance tool availability for production, troubleshooting and scheduled maintenance
  • Engage in Equipment troubleshooting and production quality improvement.
  • Evaluation of new equipment/materials and retrofits of Equipment for better efficiency / production quality
Qualifications
  • Minimum requirement of a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering , Electrical Electronic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering ,Physics, Automation, Aerospace Engineering
  • Well verse in problem solving skills
  • At least 6 years experience in semiconductor foundry related field
  • Posses analytical tools such as FMEA and SPC concept is required
  • Able to conduct and complete cross department projects.
  • Experienced in leading a small group of people to meet production demands.
  • Able to commit day / night shift work
