Job summary

DP SUSTAINABLE DESIGN PTE. LTD. is seeking a professional to strategize, plan, and implement holistic environmental sustainable strategies at a development level. The role includes delivering environmental sustainable design consultancy services.

Key responsibilities include executing bioclimatic analyses, providing energy consultancy, and leading Green Certification project management. Candidates are expected to have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in ESD projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 to 10 years of working experience in ESD projects.
• Good knowledge of sustainable building design principles.
• Experience with Green Mark / LEED certification.

Job description

The roles of the job is to strategize, plan and implement holistic environmental sustainable strategies / solutions at a development and building level in addition to delivering the environmental sustainable design consultancy services.

Responsibilities

1. Execute bioclimatic analysis in building simulations to identify environmental strengths and weaknesses of a design and recommend measures to optimize the design from the environmental perspective;
2. Provide Energy Consultancy and energy modelling to identify the most energy efficient system for a building;
3. Lead in delivering Green Certification project management.

Summary of the general nature and level of the job

1. Environmentally Sustainable Design Consultancy in Green Mark / LEED;
2. Good knowledge and technical know-hows of how could a building be designed to be energy efficient and cause minimal adverse impacts to the environment.

Requirements
