Job summary

TRM Labs seeks a Senior or Staff Intelligence Analyst, Environmental Crimes, to own TRM's environmental crime intelligence end-to-end. You will research, analyze, and publish intelligence on illicit networks and crypto flows, combining on-chain tracing, OSINT, and partner data for law enforcement, NGOs, and private-sector partners.

You will lead the United for Wildlife partnership, organize cross-sector collaboration, and shape TRM's product with feedback to prototype new capabilities, including

Qualifications

• 5+ years in intelligence analysis, financial crime, illicit finance, blockchain intelligence, or transnational threat investigations.
• Domain knowledge of wildlife trafficking, environmental crime, and/or transnational smuggling.
• Proven ability to independently run complex, multi-source investigations and produce clear, decision-ready, source-cited written intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Build environmental crimes threat picture with intelligence products (threat assessments, typology reports, trend analysis, actor profiles, network maps).
• Identify wallets, entities, and off-ramps behind environmental crime networks using on-chain, OSINT, and partner data.
• Own the United for Wildlife partnership program for 200+ partner organizations; provide case assistance and training.
• Organize cross-sector, cross-border sprints and working groups for real-time disruption; collaborate with partners (USFWS, HSI, DOJ, Interpol, UNODC, NGOs).
• Be TRM's public voice; brief stakeholders and represent TRM with media and at events.
• Shape the product by feeding feedback to product teams to prototype new analysis and collaboration capabilities.
• Scale coverage with AI; build reusable AI workflows with human validation.
