Responsibilities

• Lead and manage installed systems and infrastructure.
• Oversee engineers in incident resolution and troubleshooting.
• Plan and supervise installation and configuration of systems.
• Drive system architecture improvements and security hardening.
• Manage relationships with vendors and partners.
• Ensure operational excellence across multiple platforms.
• Participate in monthly on-call rotation.
