Job summary

GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. seeks a seasoned Solutions Architect to lead end-to-end enterprise technology solutions in a regulated industry.

You will translate business needs into technical designs, govern architecture, and drive integration across on-prem and cloud environments. You will mentor engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and evaluate new technologies, ensuring security, performance, and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field is required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in solution architecture or related roles.
• Experience in banking/finance or regulated industries is preferred.
• Experience designing large-scale enterprise solutions across on-prem and cloud.
• Strong knowledge of architecture, integration patterns, and data modeling.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of end-to-end enterprise technology solutions aligned with business and IT strategy.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs, architectures, and integration models.
• Develop and maintain architecture standards, principles, and reference frameworks.
• Provide technical leadership across implementation, integration, and migration phases.
• Facilitate architecture governance and ensure security/regulatory/performance compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure feasibility and alignment.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies, platforms and tools.
• Prepare architecture diagrams and presentations for varied audiences.
• Mentor and guide architects and engineers.
• Support vendor evaluation and management to align with technical direction.
