Job summary

Qualifications

Senior Enrolled Nurse

Responsibilities
  • Assist in clinical assessments and procedures to detect, manage, and meet our residents' physical, medical & psychosocial needs
  • Work closely with a dynamic multi-disciplinary team to provide co-ordinated and purposeful nursing care to meet rehabilitative and treatment needs of residents
  • Engage with residents, relatives & community partners in care planning discussions.
  • Provide orientation, guidance, mentoring and coaching to new or less experienced nurses
  • Assist RNs in medication administration & management
  • Additional responsibilities as directed by RNs or management
  • Assist in residents' activities of daily living (ADL)
