Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years experience as an engineering and operations leader in Integrated Facilities Management.
• Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree is essential.
• Experience in Datacentre area of operation and maintenance is preferred.
• Strong judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Technically proficient in operations of Building Management Systems, HVAC, and Life Safety Systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive JLL’s Critical Environment Management best practices across accounts.
• Support business continuity and facility services for Clients.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations on fire and health standards.
• Conduct audits to ensure safety procedures are maintained.
• Provide input into annual budget preparation process.
