Responsibilities
  • Perform project administration and operation support for the Fleet Management System (FMS).
  • Support FMS System Manager in the management of FMS.
  • Manage system management processes such as Change Request, Service Request, and Incident Report.
  • Ensure compliance to system administration requirements stipulated in directives/policies in the areas of account management, log management, configuration management, backup management, and vulnerability management.
  • Perform regular security vulnerability assessment on FMS PDAI, its subsystems and liaise with contractor to remediate vulnerabilities within vulnerability management timeframe.
  • Provide monthly progress updates and reports to System Manager and Operations Manager.
  • Liaise with contractor, application and infrastructure Support to troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues.
  • Support FMS System Manager in the project procurement processes if required.
Job Requirements
  • Possess a Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least three (3) years of working experience in application implementation or/and support.
  • Good foundational knowledge of information technologies, preferably in the following areas:
    • Database Technologies
    • Networking Technologies
    • Integration Technologies
    • Cybersecurity
  • Understanding of System monitoring Tools and Performance metrics.
  • Good planning, coordination and communication skills.
  • Resourceful, independent, responsible and pro‑active.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with a proactive mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience in Backend Infrastructure would be advantages.
