Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle project management duties and ensure all key milestones are delivered within schedule.
- Develop the master project schedule and continuously monitor execution progress and milestones.
- Liaise and coordinate with internal teams (engineering, production, customer service, planning) and external stakeholders (customers, subcontractors, consultants) to implement project work.
- Track functional responsibilities to ensure milestones are met according to project plans.
- Coordinate and lead Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) with customers and distributors; ensure documentation is approved and endorsed for delivery.
- Schedule and coordinate on-site testing and ensure a smooth handover to the aftermarket team.
- Provide first‑level technical support during project execution.
- Work with the engineering team on feasibility studies and assist the Industrial Solutions team in generating project cost estimations related to project management activities.
- Prepare and submit monthly project status reports, highlighting key issues or concerns related to delivery timelines or risks.
- Provide engineering support for 3rd‑party products and technical drawings for submittals.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects related to operations, documentation, and project execution.
- Coordinate with interplant associates on deliveries, factory tests, documentation, and customer requirements.
- Update project status during weekly meetings with planners, service teams, and production teams.
- Attend weekly site meetings with main contractors and consultants when necessary.
- Manage site installation activities and ensure timely completion within established timelines.
- Coordinate with subcontractors on site works, drawings, and material submittals.
- Perform any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (minimum).
- At least 3 years of relevant project management experience with an equipment manufacturer.
- Hands‑on experience in generators, transformers, switchgears, or UPS systems.
- Able to read and interpret M&E drawings.
- Familiar with generators, controls systems, and associated equipment and accessories.
- Knowledge of generator standards and codes is advantageous.
