Job summary

A leading semiconductor solutions provider based in Singapore is seeking a Senior Engineer Field Applications. The role involves creating business opportunities in Singapore and the ASEAN region, providing technical support through the entire R&D cycle, and driving design revenue. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in a semiconductor environment. Strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of FAE working experience in a semiconductor distributor or manufacturer environment.
• Competent technical knowledge and understanding of Analog, power management, Microcontroller, interfaces.
• RF & Microwave experience in Comms, Radar, Instrumentation, Defence is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Creating business opportunities with potential customers in Singapore and ASEAN region.
• Providing technical support to customers throughout the R&D cycle till completion.
• Driving design win and demand creation revenue.

• Competent technical knowledge and a good understanding of different electronics circuitry; Analog, power management, Microcontroller, interfaces
• RF & Microwave experience in Comms, Radar, Instrumentation, Defence, etc. is a plus
• Individual contributor yet a team player
• Good command of English, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Able to travel on short notice
