A prominent engineering firm in Singapore seeks a qualified Electrical Engineer to lead maintenance and reliability programs for electrical systems. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in maintenance or design in relevant industries. Job description

Member of the Instrument, Control & Electrical (ICE) team, providing technical and maintenance support to Operations and Projects in the Plant. Responsible for ensuring electrical system reliability and overall technical integrity of the terminal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise maintenance and reliability programs for electrical systems, especially in the Gas Engine Generator (GEG) area.
  • Develop and implement maintenance procedures and minor CAPEX electrical projects.
  • Investigate equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Liaise with government agencies and external stakeholders on electrical matters.
  • Support major expansion projects and ensure system integrity in collaboration with Licensed Electrical Workers.
  • Participate in emergency response duties as assigned.
