Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of advanced electrical distribution systems, including low voltage and high voltage applications
  • Develop and review technical documents such as design basis, load lists, cable schedules, and single-line diagrams
  • Perform complex equipment sizing calculations for transformers, generators, cables, and other electrical components
  • Utilize cutting‑edge system studies software to model electrical systems and conduct load flow, short circuit, and protection relay setting studies
  • Oversee project teams and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget
  • Stay current with industry trends, standards, and regulations, implementing best practices in electrical engineering
  • Provide technical expertise and support for troubleshooting complex electrical issues
  • Contribute to the development of company standards and procedures for electrical engineering projects
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university
  • 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on power systems and distribution
  • Proven expertise in designing low voltage and high voltage electrical systems
  • Proficiency in using system studies software such as ETAP, SKM, or Amtech
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards, including IEEE, NEC, and IEC
  • Experience with CAD software for electrical design and drafting
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong leadership abilities and project management experienceOutstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and mentor junior engineers
