  • Responsible for transfer and industrialisation of new products, processes and materials
  • Manages improvements in dry process with a widened interest to achieve organizational goals
  • Oversee process setup, qualification, and industrial performance stabilisation
  • Contribute to project planning, industrial readiness, and concept selection
  • Support concept selection and provide manufacturing input during the early design phase
  • Define and maintain industrialisation standards and best practices
  • Develop and manage technical capabilities and resource planning
  • Lead strategic manufacturing improvement projects and problem-solving task forces
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation
Job requirements
  • Degree in Chemical / Material Engineering or equivalent
  • Strong experience in manufacturing industrialisation or process engineering
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Familiar with FMEA, SPC or other process improvement tools, as well as 8D and QRQC methodology
  • Good knowledge of Project Management methodology
