Qualifications

- Oversee process setup and qualification.

- Responsible for transfer and industrialisation of new products, processes and materials
- Manages improvements in dry process with a widened interest to achieve organizational goals
- Oversee process setup, qualification, and industrial performance stabilisation
- Contribute to project planning, industrial readiness, and concept selection
- Support concept selection and provide manufacturing input during the early design phase
- Define and maintain industrialisation standards and best practices
- Develop and manage technical capabilities and resource planning
- Lead strategic manufacturing improvement projects and problem-solving task forces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation
Job requirements
- Degree in Chemical / Material Engineering or equivalent
- Strong experience in manufacturing industrialisation or process engineering
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities
- Familiar with FMEA, SPC or other process improvement tools, as well as 8D and QRQC methodology
- Good knowledge of Project Management methodology
