Qualifications
- University degree in Science or Engineering
- Semiconductor industry experience
- Technical knowledge in materials science and customer-facing experience will be an added advantage
- Effective and fluent verbal and written communication in English
- Knowledge of database, spreadsheet, statistical software, and project management techniques
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales to understand customer technical requirements
- Interpret specifications and route qualification/production material based on testing data
- Coordinate with global internal groups to meet customer needs and trends
- Prepare and shape external presentations for customers
- Represent the company at technical conferences and training sessions
- Assist customers by coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues
