About The Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Engineer to take ownership of critical facility operations in the North area. This role offers the opportunity to lead a high-performing engineering team while ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and compliance of complex building systems.

You will play a pivotal role in managing daily operations across M&E and ACMV systems, as well as process utilities, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do

• Provide subject matter expertise in M&E, ACMV, and process utility systems to ensure efficient and reliable performance
• Lead, supervise, and develop a team of shift leads and technicians, fostering a strong culture of accountability and collaboration
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including maintenance and troubleshooting, to ensure system uptime and regulatory compliance
• Plan and implement preventive maintenance programmes to optimise equipment performance and minimise downtime
• Manage emergency situations, ensuring timely response, coordination, and resolution to reduce operational impact
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and compliance documentation
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth, integrated facility management operations

What You’ll Need

• Proven experience in building operations or a similar engineering role
• Strong technical knowledge of M&E, ACMV, and process utility systems
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams in a 24/7 operational environment
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic setting

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree or Diploma in Facility Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Knowledge of applicable safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices
• Prior supervisory or managerial experience is advantageous
