Job summary

Wecruit Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a maintenance professional to develop, plan and oversee preventive maintenance programmes, including calibration of IMTE, to maintain plant equipment reliability.

You will coordinate maintenance for building infrastructure, utilities and related systems, lead troubleshooting for electrical/instrumentation/PLC systems (SCADA and HMI), and plan new equipment installations and upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan and oversee preventive maintenance programmes including calibration of IMTE to maintain plant equipment reliability.
• Coordinate and monitor scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance for building infrastructure, utilities and related systems.
• Lead troubleshooting and fault diagnosis for electrical, instrumentation and PLC-controlled systems including SCADA and HMI.
• Plan and coordinate new equipment installation, system upgrades, feasibility assessments and technical improvement initiatives.
• Manage contractor coordination and supervise maintenance and repair works ensuring compliance with technical, safety and quality requirements.
• Prepare, review and maintain technical documentation, approval papers, work instructions, training materials and regulatory submissions.
• Coordinate spare parts planning and inventory control including supplier sourcing, quotation evaluation, price negotiation and purchasing.
• Support EHS programmes, risk assessments and compliance with applicable regulations and company standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve maintenance efficiency, equipment performance and operational reliability.
• Provide technical guidance and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve maintenance and operational issues.
