Job summary

LTM LIMITED SINGAPORE BRANCH is seeking a seasoned SAP F2S Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in SAP Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), and the Forecast-to-Stock (F2S) process. The ideal candidate will have delivered end-to-end F2S solutions and possess deep domain knowledge in Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Oil, Retail & Consumer Goods, etc.

The role covers designing and configuring PP/MM and F2S flows, enabling end-user training, and ensuring cross-module

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
• Master's degree in Operations, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management is preferred.
• SAP Certification in SAP PP, SAP MM, or SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and support of SAP PP/MM and F2S processes including demand planning, forecasting, production scheduling, MRP, inventory management, and stock optimization.
• Customize F2S flows to align with unique business requirements and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Analyze current Forecast-to-Stock processes, identify pain points, and propose standardization or automation opportunities.
• Design scalable, efficient F2S process flows to improve forecast accuracy, production efficiency, and inventory control.
• Ensure seamless integration of PP/MM with SD, FI/CO, and QM for unified data flow and operational continuity.
• Develop and deliver training for F2S cycle users including planners, production supervisors, warehouse staff, and procurement teams.
