• BS in EE/CE/CS with 3+ years in software/firmware testing.
• Strong proficiency in Python, C, and C++.
• Experience with firmware validation, debugging, and failure analysis.
• Solid understanding of embedded systems and test automation.
• Bonus: FreeRTOS, low-power IoT testing, AI accelerator or hardware validation experience.

Responsibilities

• Support firmware system integration testing and release validation.
• Execute manual and automated tests; reproduce and debug customer issues.
• Develop and maintain Python/C/C++ test frameworks, scripts, and test cases.
• Analyze test results to triage firmware defects and assign ownership.
• Collaborate with firmware, hardware, and system teams to optimize test coverage and efficiency.
• Track test metrics, document results, and drive continuous test process improvements.
