Job summary

RIGHT RECRUIT PTE. LTD. seeks technically skilled engineers for hands-on assembly and testing of semiconductor equipment modules. The role covers troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems with a focus on root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.

You will guide trainees and support production changes, qualification builds and process validation while adhering to safety protocols. A permanent, on-site position offers shift options and career progression.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Nitec with min 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in machine assembly / equipment assembly.
• Strong technical knowledge in electro-mechanical systems and diagnostics.
• Ability to analyze problems, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Hands-on troubleshooting skills and practical competency.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly and testing of mechanical sub-assemblies, modules of Semiconductor Equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues across mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems
• Review and optimize work instructions, test procedures and assembly processes
• Provide technical guidance, coaching and on job training to trainees / juniors
• Support new production introduction, engineering change, qualification builds and process validation
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols and safe work practices
