Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for keeping equipment like diesel generators, hydraulic systems, and HVAC units in good working condition. This includes doing regular maintenance, finding and fixing problems, and repairing or replacing parts when needed. The role also involves reading technical manuals, keeping records of work done, and helping with the setup of new equipment. You will work with other teams to reduce downtime and ensure everything runs safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance of electro-mechanical systems including diesel power generators, hydraulic equipment and HVAC systems.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control faults across a wide range of military equipment.
  • Overhaul and repair diesel engine components, hydraulic pumps, actuators, and HVAC units (compressors, blowers, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and generate service reports for equipment status.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics for repair and maintenance tasks.
  • Support in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment.
  • Collaborate with other engineering and operations teams to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.
  • Adhere to company safety and quality standards during all maintenance operations.
