Duties & Responsibilities

• Review Contract Documents
• Make MTO, BOQ
• Study drawings, specifications
• Interface with Client and Make a Progress Claim
• Manage site activities, site workers, subcontractors, main contractors
• (For Electrical Engineer) Knowledge in Power Distribution System, Lighting System, Earth & Lightening System, PV System, UPS/EPS, Telephone distribution.
• Experience for brand submission and technical discussion with authority, design consultant
• Deep knowledge in scheduling, planning, resource control and installation
• Capability in controlling of changes, variations and their costs.
• Monitor and review information from materials, events, or the environment, to detect or assess problems.
• Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others.
• Identify problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
• Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths & weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic) or equivalent.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
