Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the electrical team to ensure smooth project execution.
• Carry out engineering work, including design, calculations, planning, and tender preparation or evaluation.
• Support team growth and skill development.
• Review QA/QC documents to ensure all engineering deliverables meet required standards.
• Coordinate with clients, project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure effective communication.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during design and construction stages.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the project team.
• Recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and project profitability.
• Conduct testing and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Oversee power activation and system start-up.
• Ensure compliance with all electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
