Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the electrical engineering team to ensure project goals and quality standards are met.
• Oversee the design, planning, and coordination of electrical systems across various project stages.
• Conduct detailed engineering calculations and prepare technical specifications for tenders and proposals.
• Review and verify QA/QC documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, consultants, and contractors to support project delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical or technical issues that may arise during design or construction.
• Supervise and participate in the testing and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Ensure all work adheres to relevant electrical codes, standards, and safety requirements.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and project outcomes.
• Perform additional tasks as required to support the overall success of the project team.

Requirements

• Diploma or higher qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience in electrical engineering projects.
