Job summary

A consulting and engineering firm in Singapore is seeking an Electrical Engineer to conduct inspections, coordinate maintenance, and lead a team. Candidates should possess an Electrical Engineering degree, possibly with a LEW license and class 3 driving license. Job description

Duties and responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of electrical installations and report findings on site.
• Coordinate with clients and contractors for Electrical Maintenance work.
• Carry out on-site testing, maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems
• Prepare reports on findings and recommendations from inspection and maintenance work.
• Lead and manage a team of technical officers/ technicians.
• Attend to Electrical incidents and power outages. Work closely with clients and stakeholders to maintain reliability of their Electricity Supply.
• Liaise with clients and provide advice on their Electrical systems
• Plan, manage and execute Electrical project works.
• Assist with Electrical Design and consultancy work.
• All other ad-hoc duties as requested by supervisor.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical) preferred
• LEW license issued by EMA preferred
• With class 3 driving license preferred
• Ability to work with others as a team.
• Punctual and positive attitude
• Comfortable with on-site environment
• Analytical and problem solving skills, able to quickly make sense of a situation and propose solutions.
• Expect to work odd hours depending on work schedule and requirements
