Job summary

Surbana Jurong Consultants Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Draftsman to support planning, design and preparation of electrical service drawings for townships, commercial, residential and industrial developments. You will upgrade existing drawings for tender and liaise with the Engineer-in-charge for submission to authorities.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 8–10 years of drafting experience in consultancy, and is proficient in AutoCAD, ArchiCad and

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 - 10 years of drafting experience in Electrical building services in consultancy firm.
• Good knowledge and skillful to use AutoCAD, ArchiCad & Revit Software.
• Have a good understanding of Building Information Modelling (BIM) and is well-versed in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, design and prepare the Electrical services drawings for townships, commercial, residential and industrial developments, as well as the upgrading of existing buildings' drawings for tender.
• Liaise with Engineer-in-charge and prepare submission drawings to relevant authorities for clearance/approval.
• Prepare all Electrical tender drawings in 2D and 3D format (eg. Using AutoCAD, ArchiCad and Revit software).
