Job summary

China Railway Electrification Engineering Group Co., Ltd. (Singapore Branch) is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to oversee environmental, health and safety matters across electrical, power, rail and infrastructure projects in Singapore.

The role ensures compliance with WSH regulations, client standards and company procedures while supporting safe and efficient project execution on multiple sites. The ideal candidate will hold WSHO registration and ECO certification with at least 10 years of

Qualifications

• Registered WSHO in Singapore.
• Certified ECO in Singapore.
• Minimum 10 years of EHS experience in construction, infra, electrical, rail or large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of WSH regulations and environmental requirements.
• Good communication, coordination and report writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor EHS implementation across project sites.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore WSH regulations, environmental requirements, client standards and procedures.
• Review and monitor risk assessments, safe work procedures, method statements, permits to work and other EHS documents.
• Provide practical EHS guidance and support to project teams.
