Job summary

Keysight Technologies is seeking a highly skilled RF simulation software engineer to help advance SystemVue and related RF modeling platforms. You will work within the DES division on next-generation wireless, aerospace, and defense system simulations, collaborating with global R&D teams to deliver scalable and accurate RF solutions.

The role emphasizes digital design, EM modeling, and algorithm development using C/C++, Python, and/or C#, with exposure to AI/ML techniques in RF contexts.

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, RF/Microwave Engineering, Electromagnetics, or a related field.
• Strong background in RF simulation, EM modeling, microwave circuits, antennas, wireless systems, or EDA software development.
• Software development experience with C/C++, Python, or C# is preferred; numerical algorithms and simulation tools experience is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML techniques applied to RF modeling, EM simulation, optimization, or data-driven engineering is a strong plus.

• Develop and enhance RF simulation and modeling applications for next-generation wireless, aerospace, and defense systems.
• Design, implement, and optimize new features for RF system simulation software, improving modeling accuracy, performance, and scalability.

• Maintain, validate, and enhance the RF simulation platform by improving solver accuracy, debugging modeling issues, and ensuring software quality, reliability, and performance.

• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, eager to learn, and interested in building a long‑term career developing RF simulation and EDA software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global R&D teams and customer‑facing.
