Job summary

A leading technology recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced technical support specialist to provide L2/L3 support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and CRM platforms. You will resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks, collaborate with users for enhancements, and implement solutions using Power Platform tools. Candidates should have extensive experience in CRM systems and familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM Online / On-Premise.
• Strong understanding of CRM modules such as Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.
• Strong understanding of Custom Portal, Power Pages, Logic Apps, and Third-Party Integrations.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for incidents and service requests in D365 and MS CRM platforms.
• Analyse, diagnose, and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Implement configuration changes, custom workflows, plugins, and custom reports.
