Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide the drafting team to ensure accuracy and consistency of drawings.
• Prepare and review detailed architectural, structural, and construction drawings for landed residential projects.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design accuracy and buildability.
• Convert design concepts and sketches into detailed CAD and BIM drawings for submission and construction.
• Update drawings based on project revisions, client feedback, and authority requirements.
• Ensure all drawings comply with local codes, standards, and submission regulations.
• Promote and implement BIM and modular design workflows to improve efficiency.
• Provide guidance to the drafter in maintaining drawing quality and standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in drafting or design roles within the construction or architectural industry, preferably with landed residential project exposure.
• Proficient in BIM modelling and modular design workflows.
• Strong knowledge of local codes, regulations, and approval/authority submission processes.
