Responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver high-impact projects
• Operate independently and manage client-facing interactions
• Perform requirements elicitation, process mapping, stakeholder analysis, and UAT
• Combine frontline support responsibilities with project management tasks
• Plan, track, and coordinate project activities
• Analyze and report data using Microsoft Excel
• Extract and transform datasets using SQL
• Present findings effectively to varied audiences
