COMPANY DESCRIPTION

Located on Jurong Island, the petrochemical hub of Singapore, SRC operates a refinery that is capable of processing 290,000 barrels of crude oil per day to produce fuel products and chemical feedstocks that are supplied to domestic markets and overseas export markets under the brand labels of its shareholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

(Selected candidate will be engaged under a third-party agency payroll for the tenure of employment in SRC with possibility of contract renewal)

  • Establish and maintain document control procedures, and standards for the project.
  • Ensure accurate registration, tracking, and distribution of engineering drawings, specifications, documents, and reports.
  • Maintain electronic document repositories, ensuring version control and accessibility.
  • Coordinate with engineering, execution and operation teams to ensure timely submission and approval of documents.
  • Act as the primary liaison between project teams and external contractors regarding documentation requirements.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with project requirements, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Generate weekly reports on document status, outstanding submissions, and approvals for update to Project Management Team.
  • Communicate document control procedures and best practices to project stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Diploma / Degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in document control within engineering, construction, or oil & gas projects.
  • Proven experience in document control on mid to large-scale projects.
  • Strong knowledge of document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, EDMS).
  • Excellent organizational, and communication skills
