Job Description

• Support MDs to ensure sites have the right sites managers & operation head in place in the countries.
• Ensure proper site P&L is reported (direct and indirect costs allocation, Billing quality to customers, control of direct costs such as casual workers invoices etc)
• Ensure sites P&Ls are green. If not, explain why and plan to rectify.
• Ensure Clients rates, SLA, KPIs etc are known to the sites managers and use to DSV advantage
• Collaborate with CIP Program and implementations for very large and sensitive projects.
• Conduct Sites Managers Evaluation and define criteria to measure competences and capabilities.
• Define training program and skills matrix per level of sites size and complexity and provide rating of sites managers.
• Ensure Sites Managers selection and training to appoint the right person at the right site.
• Follow up & challenge sites managers on their site's financial performance.
• Keep track of Sites Managers career path and potential APAC region or even global, temporary, or permanent transfers
• Advise Country MDs & Operation Heads on development of supervisors and team leaders within sites to ensure proper succession planning.
• Similar exercises with Operation Head (country or sub-region) if any.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma preferably with a Supply Chain major
• 8-10 years' experience in Warehouse Leadership role
• SAPorWMS
• Advance MS office (Word and Excel, Power Point)
• Should also possess excellent computer skills, advanced analytical skills, presentation skills, and good people management skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability teamed with the ability to delegate work.
