  • Lead the design and implementation of organizational transformation initiatives, ensuring agility and readiness for future business challenges.
  • Drive the integration of Grundfos’ values and leadership behaviors into all aspects of the CBS people agenda, fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture.
  • Oversee critical HR processes—such as succession planning, talent management, and organizational reviews—ensuring they support long-term business objectives.
  • Represent the CBS business perspective within the global HR leadership team, influencing enterprise-wide HR strategy and best practices.
  • Champion the deployment of innovative HR solutions and global initiatives, ensuring their successful adoption within CBS.
Your Background
  • Deep HR expertise with a proven track record of shaping and executing business-aligned people strategies.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to anticipate and respond to evolving organizational needs.
  • Demonstrated success in leading complex, transformational change in a global context.
  • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at the highest levels.
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field and at least 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience.

You will be a key member of our global leadership team, empowered to shape the future of our business and people. You’ll have the platform to drive innovation, champion diversity and inclusion, and develop your own leadership journey through access to world‑class development resources and a collaborative, forward‑thinking culture.

In addition, your day‑to‑day benefits include:

  • Diverse, inclusive environment with employee‑led forums offering colleagues a safe place to connect and share openly.
  • We encourage you to be at the offices, where you can engage, learn, and have fun with colleagues. If you’ll be working from your home office, we’ll make sure you are well equipped with a good workstation.
