Your day at NTT DATA

Senior Director GTM Practice to define mutual goals and objectives of the business unit along with our partners and builds awareness and support of overall strategic benefits to our clients. Manage the partnership lifecycle, including the formation of joint working teams and governance structures, maintenance and growth of strategic alignment, overall partnership well-being, and expansion of transformative business opportunities. Provide financial analyses, forecasting establishes metrics to assess the sales impact of the solution(s) in the marketplace and the overall success of the business unit and its partners. Monitors competitor activity in accounts and implements strategies to maintain account ownership and block competitor advancement.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of medium to long term strategies for the Datacentre business to ensure growth and profit opportunities are compatible with key objectives and within acceptable risk standards
  • Overall accountability for the Datacentre business bookings (ACV GP), setting and monitoring performance against targets, as well as implementing mid to long term strategies to improve performance
  • Identify opportunities and contribute subject matter expertise to the design and configuration requirements in relation to RFP / RFI and proposals of low complexity.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define the datacentre solutions and its services roadmap and milestones
  • Contribute to the knowledge base of solutions and services by sharing best practices and lessons learned with clients by understanding the client’s environment, business needs and provide expertise on the relevant solutions.
  • Work closely with vendors / partners to understand their strategies for solutions and services, can articulate the roadmap, and associated impacts for clients.
  • Create business plans with partners and establish a regular cadence with both partners and countries to review and track the progress made against these plans
  • Develops specific marketing plans to drive growth around the portfolio of services and products for both the business units and partners alike.
  • Drive joint investment plans with partners to accelerate the growth of the portfolio and also improve the overall profitability of the partnership and business unit.
  • Drive review cadence with countries for pipeline creation and timely closure of commits on a monthly basis.
  • Drive the software motion with all partners and enable value creation to our clients around the entire value proposition of the business unit.
  • Drive the services strategy of the business unit and value creation around these with all our clients in the region.
  • Administers the governance structure of the partnership relationship for the business unit.
  • Serves as the primary point of communication for the business unit and its partners and facilitates efficient and effective communication with the assigned partners.
  • Identifies areas of conflicting expectations between organisations and works to resolve them.
  • Monitors results against key performance indicators and communicates results internally, managing implementation of risk mediation activities.
  • Ensure that relevant processes and tools are implemented to support the adoption and benefit of both business unit and partner programs.
  • Work with a variety of internal stakeholders to implement catalogues, operational processes and the terms and conditions for new partner take on and renewed partners.
  • Market NTT skills, propositions and capabilities within selected partners.
  • Negotiate and secure the best value pricing for partner supplied services and products.
  • Ensure that partner contracts are signed to enable activation of the partner relationship, including the conclusion of service level agreements.
  • Manage and report on the performance of selected partners to ensure that metrics are accurate and evidential, and that remedial action is taken against poor performance.

  • Strong experience in Datacentre technologies, operations
  • Strong understanding of IT industry environment and business needs with specific focus on AI powered growth for datacentre business
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the market, verticals, horizontals, business administration, and business change
  • Ability to lead technical design workshops with the client and NTT stakeholders
  • Possess good technical, quantitative, and analytical skills
  • Possess the ability to work with clients and business teams to create client-orientated solutions and services
  • Demonstrate interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to recognize opportunities for enhancement and continuous improvement
