Job summary

A leading technology company in Singapore is seeking a senior leader to design and execute a comprehensive B2C Go-to-Market function. This individual will bridge strategy and execution while influencing key executive decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consulting and substantial experience in leading commercial transformations across multiple regions. This role is pivotal for the company’s global expansion, requiring a candidate with a global mindset and the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.

Qualifications

  • Around 15 years in B2C GTM, commercial, or transformation leadership.
  • Experience in technology, telco, media, or digital platform sectors.
  • Formerly in consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) in a business leadership role.
  • Proven record of building or transforming GTM and commercial frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Design and lead the B2C GTM framework for global products.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and RevOps to evolve customer experience.
  • Lead internal alignment across teams for B2C GTM transformation.
