Working closely with Google leaders, GAPP seeks to identify key policy issues, carefully understand others’ views and opinions, and distill and share the company’s perspective on those issues with external stakeholders. You will combine creativity and intellectual aptitude with the organizational skills to manage various campaigns, projects, and initiatives. In this role, you will advocate for Google to bring external perspectives back into the company to inform our perception and direction. You will be passionate about the opportunity to shape the future of how we use and build technology for everyone.

As Senior Director, you will represent Google externally at executive levels with government, regulators, and third parties, and also manage our excellent team of policy professionals. You will be responsible for determining and managing our key policy campaigns in‑country and also for coordinating with cross‑functional peers locally and with colleagues across Google’s global Government Affairs and Public Policy organization.
