Job summary

Land Transport Authority in Singapore seeks a senior leader for the SMEs Go Digital (SMEGD) platform to set product and platform direction and translate objectives into clear digital strategies. You will lead across Product, Engineering, UX, Data and Delivery to deliver measurable outcomes for SMEs, vendors and internal stakeholders, and ensure governance, risk and portfolio performance.

Requires 10+ years in digital product or transformation leadership, with a track record in Agile environments

Qualifications

At least 10 years of digital product/platform/transformation leadership.
Proven track record leading complex digital portfolios in large organisations.
Strong understanding of modern product management, discovery, analytics and lifecycle management.
Familiarity with Agile delivery, Scrum, product backlogs, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria and release management.
Experience with Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

Define multi-year product and platform direction for SMEGD aligning with policy and business objectives.
Provide portfolio-level direction and governance across the product portfolio.
Drive platform strategy, APIs, system integration, cloud and build-versus-buy decisions.
Set priorities for platform modernisation and data/AI initiatives.
Ensure cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, UX, Data and Delivery.
