We are seeking a visionary and results‑oriented Senior Manager, Digital Transformation to drive enterprise‑wide digital innovation, automation, and data excellence. This strategic leadership role will accelerate the company’s digital maturity by integrating cutting‑edge technologies, strengthening our data and system infrastructure, and leading a high‑performing team to deliver measurable business impact across all entities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute a multi‑year digital transformation roadmap aligned with business growth, regulatory standards, and operational excellence.
  • Foster a digital‑first, automation‑driven culture that empowers teams to innovate and embrace continuous improvement.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4–5 digital and data professionals, ensuring clarity of direction, accountability, and capability building.
  • Champion the design, implementation, and scaling of automation solutions including RPA, AI/ML, IoT, and low‑code platforms to reduce manual effort and optimize workflows.
  • Partner with business units to identify, evaluate, and prioritize automation opportunities that deliver measurable ROI and productivity gains.
  • Establish robust metrics to monitor automation performance and process efficiency improvements.
  • Oversee the architecture, integration, and optimization of enterprise systems such as ERP (SAP B1), CRM, and connected digital platforms.
  • Lead the modernization of the company’s data and system landscape, including database architecture, data warehousing, and cloud migration strategies.
  • Drive initiatives leveraging the Microsoft ecosystem—including Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate), Azure Cloud Services, and SharePoint/Teams integration—to enhance collaboration, analytics, and automation capabilities.
  • Implement strong data governance, cybersecurity, and compliance frameworks ensuring data integrity and adherence to industry standards.
  • Lead the adoption of advanced analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Python/R) to enable real‑time insights, predictive analytics, and strategic decision‑making.
  • Build data literacy across teams, enabling self‑service analytics and a culture of evidence‑based decision‑making.
  • Drive the evolution from descriptive to predictive and prescriptive analytics to support proactive, insight‑driven operations.
  • Serve as the product owner for all digital platforms, defining product vision, development priorities, and value delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to design and implement user‑centric, scalable digital solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Ensure the sustainability and scalability of digital platforms through continuous improvement and lifecycle management.
  • Ensure all digital and automation initiatives comply with GMP, GxP, and other regulatory requirements, embedding compliance into design and execution.
  • Oversee vendor management, project budgets, and delivery timelines, ensuring quality outcomes and ROI realization.
  • Establish and track KPIs, risk frameworks, and governance processes to monitor progress and sustain transformation outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, IT leadership, or automation strategy—preferably within medical device, pharmaceutical, or life sciences manufacturing.
  • Proven expertise in automation deployment, ERP (SAP B1) implementation, and enterprise data architecture.
  • Hands‑on experience with the Microsoft ecosystem, including Power Platform, Azure, Dynamics, SharePoint, and related technologies.
  • Strong technical proficiency in database design, data warehousing, cloud technologies, and enterprise system integration.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and developing teams of 4–5 professionals, balancing strategic leadership with operational execution.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change leadership skills.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, Agile/Scrum, or TOGAF are advantageous.
