Job summary

Institute of Technical Education in Singapore seeks a Digital Solution Engineer to ensure reliability and support of both delivered and customised application systems. You will work with business users to understand needs and design and develop new modules to meet requirements.

Responsibilities include analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of enhancements to PeopleSoft Campus Solution; perform fit-gap assessments; fix end-user issues; and manage tasks per Government Instruction

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field.
At least 5 years of systems analysis experience.
Experience implementing and supporting PeopleSoft Campus Solutions.
Strong SQL scripting and Oracle PeopleSoft techno-functional skills.
Knowledge of government procurement processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

Analyze, design, develop, test, and deploy enhancements to the Student Information System.
Perform fit-gap analysis and propose solutions.
Address end-user issues and maintain the system with the team.
Manage tasks and projects per Government Instruction Manuals.
