Job description
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, set goals, and align with overall business objectives
  • Support the management of client accounts, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with goals
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze campaign data, and provide insights and recommendations for optimisation
  • Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, email, and search (SEO/SEM)
  • Work with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on campaign performance, insights, and results for management and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing operations
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital advertising platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, lead initiatives, and drive decisions across teams
  • Able break down complex problems, work through challenges, and lead toward solutions
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Able to communicate in Chinese due to Chinese speaking clients
