- Drive and optimize e-commerce and digital performance campaigns (SEM, SEO, social) to improve traffic, consideration, and ROI.
- Experiment with A/B testing and funnel optimization to improve customer journeys and purchase behaviour.
- Collaborate with sales offices on EC, ensuring competitive positioning against regional rivals.
- Design and execute loyalty programs and engagement initiatives to deepen relationships across the customer lifecycle.
- Leverage behaviour data and AI‑driven targeting to deliver personalized campaigns that increase retention and repeat purchases.
- Champion customer‑first thinking, ensuring regional marketing strategies nurture long‑term brand advocacy.
- Monitor competitor's activities and evaluate owned campaign performance across digital touchpoints with clear, actionable reporting.
- Build and enhance dashboards that empower regional stakeholders with real time insights on acquisition, retention, and conversion effectiveness.
- Pilot AI‑driven tools (chatbots, predictive analytics, personalization engines) to elevate campaign efficiency and customer experience.
- Any other ad‑hoc assigned.
Requirements
- 3 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience, ideally in a regional or multi‑market role.
- Solid background in paid digital media (search, social, performance).
- Exposure to e‑commerce, marketplaces, loyalty marketing, and personalization.
- Strong analytical and dashboarding skills with the ability to turn data into sharp, actionable recommendations.
- Curiosity and/or experience in AI‑driven marketing tools (automation, chatbots, predictive analytics, personalization engines).
- A proactive, adaptable mindset with strong communication skills to thrive in both virtual and in‑person collaboration.
